You may have known us (or even been a customer of) our previous business – LifeStyle AV. We were the very first dedicated pre-owned Bang & Olufsen Dealer in the UK and grew to meet the huge demand back in the mid 2000’s. Sadly, in 2017, demand (and profit margins) had dwindled to the point where we could no longer operate a large scale pre-owned Bang & Olufsen business - but with a strong and loyal customer base we proudly built over 13 years of successful trading we have a network of collectors, dealers and enthusiasts still looking to buy Bang & Olufsen products – from budget prices to high-end.

Based in the South East of England our team has over 60 years combined experience in dealing with Bang & Olufsen, both Classic and Modern. Our knowledge about the brand and products is positively encyclopaedic and we absolutely love to talk about all things B&O. It’s what we do!

Our whole ethos is keeping things simple, quick, efficient and professional. In a nutshell, we want to buy your Bang & Olufsen products and collect them as quickly as possible from you with the minimum of fuss.

We’re always pleased to hear from all sellers, whether trade or retail, and can give you an honest and accurate valuation on the spot. If you have something we’re not looking to buy we can always point you in the right direction of where best to sell your item(s), too.

In many cases we can collect ‘Same Day’ depending upon where our vehicles are at the time as we are constantly travelling throughout the UK buying Bang & Olufsen products. We will always pay at the time of collection and usually pay by BACS directly into your Bank Account, showing proof of transfer and will also wait for it to show in your account before leaving. Alternatively, we can pay in cash if the sum isn’t too large – but we’ll need a small amount of notice to withdraw it from the bank. We can also pay by Business Cheque or Bank Draft of course.

If we can’t collect same day (or you’re not available) we’re always happy to agree a mutually convenient time with you. Again, just contact us and we can consult the diary and agree a collection date to suit you. It’s all about convenience for you, the seller at the end of the day. It’s how it should be!

Smaller, lighter, boxed items can of course be posted to us. If you’re happy to box them up safely or make sure the original box is nice and safe, we can arrange a courier to collect and bring the items to us – or you can post them yourself (Recorded or Signed For delivery only please, for peace of mind). Upon receipt we’ll test the item(s) then contact you same day to make an instant BACS payment.
